You agree to use this site for lawful business purposes only and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information. Engagements for services are governed by a separate written agreement.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, marks, and methodologies, is the property of Mas Operations and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

Program description. The Mas Operations SMS program sends conversational and transactional text messages related to your inquiry or service request, including replies to demo requests, scheduling and appointment confirmations, and service or account notifications. This is not a promotional broadcast program.

Opt-in. You enroll by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by otherwise expressly giving us written permission to text you. You may also opt in by texting us first. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to purchase or receive any product or service from Mas Operations.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opt-out (STOP). You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again.

Help (HELP). Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact hello@masoperations.com.

Carrier non-liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy. Mobile information collected for text messaging is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mas Operations does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, and content on this site does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mas Operations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from any message delivery failure.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
