Our story
Founded by operators, for operators.
We started Mas Operations after years of watching capable teams lose ground to their own internal friction — handoffs nobody owned, reports nobody trusted, decisions that waited on a single overloaded executive.
The work we do is unglamorous and permanent. We sit inside the operation, learn how it truly runs, and rebuild it with the people who will inherit it. When we leave, the cadence keeps running without us.
Today we serve mid-market and enterprise clients across professional services, healthcare administration, logistics, and multi-entity holding groups.
Operators, not advisors
Everyone on our bench has carried a P&L or run a function. We give advice we have personally had to live with.
Systems outlive people
If the improvement depends on one person remembering, it isn't finished. We build what survives turnover.
